Connect RevenueOS to the systems already running the business.
Demonstration: connector status and sync telemetry are simulated; no external system is contacted. Record counts come from shared demo records.
Salesforce remains the system of record. RevenueOS adds intelligence and orchestration around it — no rip-and-replace.

RevenueOS recommends: Keep receivable open; write status 'Settled – Balance Due' back to Salesforce.
Authority rule: Financial balances: RevenueOS AR is authority; Salesforce owns case lifecycle.
Control: cannot accept 'Closed – Settled' while an open financial obligation exists.
RevenueOS recommends: Use Smith & Cole LLP (matches bar registration and payer ID); keep LLC as alias.
Authority rule: Legal names: verified registration > payer file > CRM entry.
RevenueOS recommends: Use the number confirmed by a connected call on Oct 2.
Authority rule: Contact data: most recently verified channel wins.
RevenueOS recommends: Request the executed settlement statement; do not change the receivable until verified.
Authority rule: Financial amounts: executed document required; human approval for any change.
Decisions are recorded with the authority rule and queued for write-back; financial amounts change only through their approval workflows.
RevenueOS does not depend entirely on APIs — files, SFTP, RPA and governed manual steps cover systems without them.
